Troubleshooting: Plugin Not Recognizing Your Survey
If you're experiencing a situation where our plugin doesn't recognize the survey you're working on, don't worry, we've got your back!
It's possible that the plugin hasn't been configured to work with certain portals just yet. But hey, good news! We're currently in the process of developing a whole series of updates to make sure our plugin plays nice with a wide range of surveys.
What to Do in the Meantime
So, what should you do in the meantime? Well, we recommend taking a quick detour through our dashboard. From there, you can shoot us a request via our White-Glove service, and you'll hear back from us within 72 hours.
Our amazing Quality Action team will jump right in and pre-fill the survey for you. At the same time, we'll be hard at work behind the scenes to tweak the plugin to recognize the portal you're working with. This typically takes anywhere from a few days to a week, depending on the complexity of the adjustments needed.
