Creating a New Questionnaire

To create a new questionnaire, go to the "Questionnaire" section. Here are the different situations you might encounter:

1. Choose your questionnaire format

When creating a new questionnaire, you will first need to choose the format of your questionnaire. Wequity offers three different options: filling within a document, using a web portal, or using a template.

It's not possible to launch a questionnaire without uploading documents to the knowledge base first.

Filling Within a Document

If you have a document to fill, regardless of the format, you can easily upload it directly in the "Document" tab. Once uploaded, you can choose the data source and let the tool automatically populate the necessary fields.

Web Portal

If your questionnaire is on a web portal such as Google Forms, MS Forms, EcoVadis, or SurveyMonkey, you can click on the "Web Portal" tab. From there, you can use the browser extension to identify and answer questions automatically. If the web portal is not integrated with the browser extension, you can share the URL of the portal and copy and paste the encrypted email address provided to send your username and password, granting the platform access to fill out your webform.

Templates

Universal templates allow you to efficiently address various regulatory and organizational standards, ensuring compliance and thoroughness in your reporting processes. Wequity offers a variety of templates, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), B-Corp, CSRD - Demo, CSRD Survey, Double Materiality (CSRD), EcoVadis (Large), EcoVadis (Small), GDPR Self-Assessment, Green Claims Scan (EU), Know Your Customer (KYC), Request For Information (RFI), Request For Proposal (RFP), Security, SFDR, UNGC, and Vendor Risk Assessment.

4. Choosing between Instant vs White-glove filing

When creating a new questionnaire, you will also need to choose between two different filing options: Instant or White-glove.

Instant (< 1H) Service

Choose the Instant service for a rapid solution to quickly process your questionnaire with our automated system. With this option, you will need to self-verify for accuracy.

White-Glove (> 72H) Service

Opt for the White-glove service for a longer, but more accurate solution. With this option, a Wequity expert will review and pre-fill your questionnaire, ensuring enhanced accuracy.

5. E-mail notification when the questionnaire has been pre-filled

Once your questionnaire has been pre-filled, you will receive an email notification. This notification will keep you informed and allow you to review the completed document promptly.

6. Save the questionnaire in "draft mode"

If you need to take a break while creating your questionnaire, you can save it in "draft" mode. This will allow you to save your progress and complete the questionnaire at a later time.
