Using the History of Previously Used Questions and Answers
When creating a new questionnaire, you may find that some of the questions and answers have been used before. Instead of manually typing them out again, you can access the history of previously used questions and answers. This feature can save you time and effort, and ensure consistency in your responses.
How to Use It
To access the history of previously used questions and answers, follow these steps:
- During the review of the pre-filled questionnaire, click on the button "Validate Answer & Save to Knowledge Base."
- This action saves the answers to the knowledge base, making them available for future use.
- After saving new answers, you can view and reuse them by going to the "Q&A" tab in the Data Sources section.
That's it! You can now easily access and reuse previously used questions and answers for any new questionnaire.
It's important to note that the history of previously used questions and answers is specific to each questionnaire. This means that you can only access and reuse them within the same questionnaire.
Additionally, the history of previously used questions and answers is only available for pre-filled questionnaires. If you are creating a new questionnaire from scratch, this feature will not be available.
