You can now assign an entity to each document they upload, streamlining data organization and enhancing clarity. Once a questionnaire is uploaded, the AI will automatically analyze the content and seamlessly suggest the most relevant entity, complete with a confidence score to indicate the accuracy of the suggestion.
Additionally, a new entity category, Plant/Factory, has been introduced to provide even more precise classification.
How can I assign an entity?
On the “Uploaded files” section, select “Set entity” on the specific document(s).
On the pop-up window, select one of the existing entities or add a new one.
When adding a new entity you can choose from a range of entity types, including the newly added Plant/Factory category for improved classification accuracy. Then, save your changes.
When you upload a new questionnaire, you will have the chance to select the entities to which the questionnaire is addressed.
The entity can be manually changed for each question.
