What is confidence/accuracy level of answers ?

Each answer provided by our platform is accompanied by a confidence level, indicating the likely accuracy of the information. The confidence levels are defined as follows:

  • High Confidence: There is a strong likelihood that the information is accurate and reliable. For questions with a high confidence level, benchmarking indicates an error rate of less than 1%.

  • Average Confidence: There is a moderate level of certainty; the information is likely correct but should be verified.

  • Low Confidence: There is limited assurance; the information may not be fully accurate or complete.

  • Answer Not Found: No relevant information could be identified or provided.
