Who has the permission to access my data ?
You have full control over who can access your data within Wequity. Here’s how you can manage permissions:
1. Navigate to the Settings Tab: Go to the 'Settings' tab on the platform.
2. Access the Team Section: Within the settings, find and click on the 'Team' section.
3. Invite New Members: You can invite new members to your team and assign them to specific groups. Each group can be named according to the collaboration or project they are involved in.
4. Manage Permissions: For each member, you can customize their access permissions. You can decide whether they have access to:
Questionnaires: View or edit questionnaire data.
Data Sources: Access and manage data sources linked to your account.
Search: Utilize the platform's search functionality.
Partners: Manage partner relationships and related data.
Integrity Hub: Access integrity and compliance-related information.
Settings: Change platform settings and manage team configurations.
Full Access: Grant comprehensive access to all features and data within the platform.
By managing these permissions, you ensure that only authorized individuals have access to specific parts of your data, maintaining security and confidentiality while enabling effective collaboration.
