How to give a title/name to my questionnaire ?

To give a title or name to your questionnaire, follow these simple steps:
1. Navigate to the Questionnaires Tab: Begin by accessing the 'Questionnaires' tab within the platform.
2. Double Click on the Default Title: Locate the questionnaire you want to rename. By default, it will have a generic title. Double click on this title.
3. Edit the Title: After double-clicking, the title bar will become editable. You can then type in the desired name for your questionnaire.
