How to re-process a questionnaire ?

If you need to re-process a questionnaire, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Questionnaires Tab: Navigate to the 'Questionnaires' tab within the platform.

2. Open the Questionnaire: Click on "Open" to display the answers provided during the initial processing.

3. Select the Answers to Re-Process: Find the specific answers you want the AI to work on again.

4. Click on the Star Button: At the far right end of the answer's row, click on the little star button.

5. Choose "Process Again": In the menu that appears, select "Process Again."

6. Select Documents: Choose the documents you want the AI to use for re-processing the selected questions.

7. Review Changes: Once the AI re-processes the answers, review the updated responses.

8. Accept or Reject Changes: You have the option to accept or reject the changes made by the AI.

This will instruct the AI to re-process the selected answers with the chosen documents, providing you with updated results that you can then approve or modify as needed.
